One rotted post doesn't mean the whole fence is done
A lot of Grandview's fences went in during the same handful of years — whole stretches of Belaire and the older 1960s and '70s blocks built out together — and their posts are now hitting the same thirty-year wall at close to the same time. That reads as a bigger job than it is. If the pickets and rails are still sound, resetting the posts that have gone soft at the base is usually the whole fix, not a teardown.
