It helps — not because the measurement needs you, but because we want to walk the property with you and talk through material, style, gate placement, and HOA considerations. If you cannot be there, we can measure and email a written estimate, but the site visit usually runs smoother with the homeowner.

A typical on-site estimate takes 25–45 minutes. We measure the fence line, check soil and slopes, note any obstacles (existing plantings, utilities, slope changes), discuss materials and gate configurations, and then give you a written itemized estimate — materials, labor, concrete, permits, and cleanup, all-inclusive.

Yes. No deposit, no booking fee, no charge for the site visit. You only pay if you decide to move forward with the install and sign an agreement.
